We roll steel profiles to your drawing — weather strip, C and hat sections, gutters, purlins — for bus and coach body builders, fabricators and OEMs. Send a section and we will quote the tooling, the rate per metre, and a first-off sample.
Profile range
These run on existing tooling, so lead times are short and there is no development cost. Anything outside the range, we make the tool for.

The workhorse channel. Body framing, pillars, floor bearers and any run that needs stiffness without weight.
Flanges sit flat on the panel and rivet or spot-weld straight down. Roof sticks, cant rails, floor and side stiffeners.
Roof drip rail with a return lip, so rain runs to the downpipe instead of down the window line and into the body.
Purlins and rails that lap end to end over a support, so long runs carry more with fewer joints.
Send a DXF, a PDF or a sample of the old part. We develop the flower, cut the rolls and run a first-off for your approval.
In-house tooling
Anyone can bend metal. Getting a section to hold its dimension down a 6-metre length, without twist, edge wave or springback, is decided before the coil is loaded — in the flower pattern and the roll design. We do that work ourselves, which is why we can change a section without waiting on an outside tool room.

Roll design, machining and hardening under our own roof, so a change to your section is our problem to solve.
Flying cut-off on the line. You get the lengths your jig needs instead of stock bars your team has to trim.
Holes, slots and end notches punched in line to your drawing, so the part arrives ready to fix.
GI, CRCA, stainless and aluminium coil bought to spec, with mill test certificates when you need them.

How a job runs
Five steps, in this order, every time. You are asked to approve once — at the first-off — and nothing goes into production until you do.
Step 01
A DXF, a PDF, a marked-up sketch, or the old part in a courier bag. Any of them is enough to start.
Step 02
We develop the flower pattern, fix the pass count and cut the rolls. You get tooling cost and rate per metre before anything is machined.
Step 03
We run a trial length and send it with a dimension report. You check it against your drawing and approve.
Step 04
Rolled, cut to length, punched and notched to the approved sample, checked batch by batch.
Step 05
Bundled with edge protection and scheduled against your build plan, so sections land when the line needs them.
